With the current optimistic tourists arrival projections into Sabah and the projection for ever further increases due to increasing direct international flights into Sabah, Kota Kinabalu is being poised for an incredible future growth and explosion of tourism related businesses throughout the state. In this regard, Sabah has become a preferred SE Asian tourist destination.

The romantic allure and mysticism of Sabah, which bestowed with scenic beaches, exotic rainforests and wide spectrum of flora and fauna, is one of the world's last unexplored paradises. With the expectation to be filled with serene scenery and inspiration close to the splendor of nature and yet within close proximity to luxurious facilities, it is no wonder Sabah has so much to offer to the dramatic influx of both domestic and international tourists today.

The influx of more tourists, both domestic and overseas will see greater demand for retail shops, restaurants, services and offices and other tourism related value added businesses especially in the state capital of Sabah.
